A growing infusion pharmacy operation in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations and oversee a high-performing clinical team. This is a direct hire leadership opportunity ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in operations management, staff development, and ensuring high-quality patient care within an infusion setting.

Position Details
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Must maintain schedule flexibility
Administrative on-call responsibilities required
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations including workflow coordination and delegation
Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Lead staff training, onboarding, and orientation initiatives
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Provide pharmaceutical care including prescription verification, dispensing, and patient counseling
Troubleshoot operational issues with referral sources and internal teams
Implement and monitor quarterly and annual department goals
Collaborate with logistics personnel to ensure proper storage and handling of medications and supplies
Conduct annual employee evaluations and deliver structured performance feedback
Develop team performance goals and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
Required Qualifications
Active Georgia Pharmacist License (in good standing)
Prior infusion pharmacy experience
Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience
Strong background in staff training, orientation, and team development
Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
Experience overseeing pharmacy workflow and operations
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage operational challenges
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred System Experience (Required)
CPR+ and/or CareTend pharmacy software experience
