About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team, supporting critical testing and production processes within a dynamic financial environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, offering the opportunity to drive quality, improve systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
User Acceptance & Integration Testing (UAT)
- Lead and execute functional and regression testing to ensure system integrity and performance
- Manage defects end-to-end, from identification through resolution, partnering closely with technology teams
- Support production implementations, including stakeholder training and post-launch stabilization
- Serve as the first point of contact for UAT-related issues, providing timely troubleshooting and guidance
Production Support
- Act as a key liaison between technology and business operations teams
- Provide first-level escalation support for system and BAU process issues
- Investigate and resolve functional and technical challenges to ensure minimal disruption to operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge and be challenged
- Experience with UAT testing, Agile methodologies, and defect management, or a strong interest in developing these skills
- Exposure to Global Custody, SWIFT messaging, or Collateral Management/segregation is a plus
