• Shift Schedule: TBD
• Call Schedule: Nights & weekends; 8a-8a
• Callback: 1-5 hrs
• Patient Volume: 15-20 (OP), 2-3 (OP procedures)
• No. of Surgeries: 3-4
• Rounding Included: Yes
• Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA
• Required Procedures:
- Cystoscopy & dilation
- No Robotics
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Active ND License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE
• DEA
• Case Logs
• NPDB report
