JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Client Support Service – Banking/Financial Services
Location: South Jordan, UT (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $22/hr (W2)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Position Overview:

We are seeking Client Support Service Professionals to join a leading financial institution in South Jordan, UT. This is a customer-facing role handling incoming service inquiries regarding client accounts, online platforms, and financial products. Ideal candidates are professional, driven, and committed to delivering World-Class Service in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Provide support for Cash Management products, online banking platforms, mobile apps, and general account inquiries.
  • Maintain consistent performance by meeting key departmental service metrics.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information while navigating multiple systems and adhering to regulatory/compliance standards.
  • Exhibit adaptability and multitasking skills in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications:

Must meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
  • Prior experience in a financial services or banking call center
