Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Physician to become a part of our Pelvic Medicine and Urogynecology team situated in Norton Shores, Michigan. This role presents an exciting chance for a Urogynecologist to deliver exceptional care within a nurturing and patient-focused setting.
Opportunity Highlights:
- The Physician will operate from our outpatient Lakes Village office in Norton Shores, MI, collaborating closely with a Nurse Practitioner.
- Join a multidisciplinary team that includes another Urogynecologist (based at our Grand Rapids office), Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and additional support staff.
- The role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient care, with a schedule of 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days dedicated to surgical procedures.
- Experience a high surgical volume, with procedures scheduled up to six months in advance.
- Our office operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on weekends and holidays.
- Call duties are shared with a Uro/Gyn partner, supported by OB/GYNs to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- There is an opportunity to mentor Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows.

Qualifications:
- Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals.
- Candidates must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible, with a commitment to achieving board certification within two years of eligibility.
- A valid State of Michigan medical license is required upon employment.
- Possession of a DEA license is necessary.
- BLS Certification is required, with ongoing recertification.
