We’re seeking a Sports Massage Therapist to join our team! In this role, you’ll help athletes—from weekend warriors to pros—recover faster, prevent injury, and reach peak performance at one of Midtown Manhattan’s top Sports Massage Therapy practices, featured in Runner’s World, Forbes, and Muscle & Fitness.
Unlike a spa setting, we focus on sports and medical massage techniques that create measurable results. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, build lasting client relationships, and be part of a supportive, high-energy team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted sports massage sessions to support athletic recovery and performance.
- Communicate clearly with clients, explaining treatment plans and documenting detailed SOAP notes.
- Participate in weekly training to master advanced sports massage techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- NYS Licensed Massage Therapist.
- Passion for sports massage and working with active clients.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Coachable and open to continuous learning.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a small business environment.
- Bonus: Certifications in Orthopedic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Kinesiology Taping, or Active Isolated Stretching.
