Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, onsite, and permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will hold their CPA license and have previous experience in bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements for clients and deliver strategic insights to elevate performance
- Handle tax reconciliation processes to maintain compliance and accuracy
- Manage accrual-based prepayments to ensure precise and reliable financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense oversight, and quarterly tax planning to strengthen long-term financial stability
Qualifications:
- CPA; Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Previous experience in Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks Online
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
