We are a well-established HVAC contract manufacturer and distributor seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting daily operations that serve both our manufacturing and distribution divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Support purchasing, order processing, and customer service functions
- Coordinate communication between departments (sales, production, logistics)
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
- Assist management with reporting and special projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or HVAC industry preferred (but not required)
- Experience in working with Sage Intacct preferred (but not required)
