We are a well-established HVAC contract manufacturer and distributor seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting daily operations that serve both our manufacturing and distribution divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Support purchasing, order processing, and customer service functions
  • Coordinate communication between departments (sales, production, logistics)
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Assist management with reporting and special projects

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or HVAC industry preferred (but not required)
  • Experience in working with Sage Intacct preferred (but not required)
