Responsibilities

  • Educate children and their families on preventive dental care and oral hygiene best practices.

  • Stay current with the latest developments in pediatric dentistry through continuing education.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state license to practice pediatric dentistry.
  • Board certification or specialty training in pediatric dentistry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working with children in a dental healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children and their families.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care.
  • Ability to manage and treat dental trauma, caries, and other common pediatric dental issues.
