Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects
• Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety
• Work independently when required while collaborating closely with team members
• Support high-quality installations across multiple project types

Competencies & Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial electrical experience
• EL01 Journey-Level Electrical License Washington & Idaho
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Compensation

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $53.00 per hour, depending on experience.
