A growing logistics and distribution company is seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation operations on the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise warehouse, transportation, and cross-dock operations</li>
<li>Coordinate staffing, workflow, routing, deliveries, and pickups</li>
<li>Oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving activities</li>
<li>Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting safety and productivity</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish required</li>
<li>Knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet operations, and routing</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li>
