We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression.

Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the reservation system or seating chart.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas.

Communicate accurately with servers and managers regarding guest needs and table availability.

Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide restaurant information as needed.

Assist with special requests such as seating arrangements or guest accommodations.

Monitor dining room flow and coordinate seating to maximize efficiency.

Support team members by assisting with service tasks when needed.
Qualifications

Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
