Job Title: Pharmacist - Long Term Care Pharmacy
Location: Missouri
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a growing long-term care pharmacy team in Missouri. This is a great opportunity to become part of a new closed-door pharmacy location backed by a larger, established corporation offering strong support and long-term career growth.
The Pharmacist will initially assist with the final verification and review of filled prescriptions and will be cross-trained to support all pharmacist responsibilities within the pharmacy operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform final verification and review of filled prescriptions
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and patient safety standards are met
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations and pharmacist duties as needed
- Become cross-trained in all areas of the pharmacy
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
