We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find the best and brightest talent to meet our growing needs. In this high-volume recruiting role, you’ll be a key player in our mission to save lives by sourcing, attracting, and screening top-tier candidates aligned with OneBlood's mission and values.
This hybrid position is based in Orlando, with a mix of in-office work and occasional in-state travel for recruitment events and meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take the lead on high volume full-cycle recruitment and build strong pipelines through creative sourcing strategies. You’ll also:

Execute talent acquisition plans that support business goals and staffing trends

Research and recommend innovative sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates

Build and nurture relationships with schools, universities, community groups, and professional associations

Plan and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach efforts

Leverage social media and professional networking platforms to identify talent and grow candidate pipelines

Partner with hiring managers to recommend top candidates for open roles

Maintain accurate data and tracking in our talent acquisition system

Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
-
1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
Skills & Abilities:
-
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
-
Ability to promote opportunities across diverse audiences and communities
-
Organized and able to document activities for compliance and performance tracking

Self-starter with strong time management and minimal need for supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems

Willing to travel up to 20% in-state

Enjoy fast-paced environments and solving recruitment challenges creatively
