Provide critical perioperative nursing care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes during surgical procedures. This role requires expertise in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing practices within a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures, ensuring strict adherence to sterilization and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver seamless patient care.
- Monitor patients vital signs and respond promptly to changes during surgery.
- Assist in positioning patients and managing surgical instruments throughout operations.
- Document nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
