We’re growing—and seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our clinic-based team in Colonial Heights, VA.

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct ABA therapy and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist with assessments and develop goal-driven interventions
- Track and analyze progress data; adjust plans as needed
- Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families to support skill generalization
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
- Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards
What You’ll Bring
- Active BCaBA certification (in good standing)
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- A collaborative mindset and passion for helping children thrive
