  • Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy that aligns HVAC system performance with client goals, including energy efficiency, ESG initiatives, and lifecycle cost optimization.
  • Identify, prioritize, and close complex opportunities related to system modernization, decarbonization, retrofits, and capital replacement programs.
  • Lead portfolio-wide assessments to uncover operational inefficiencies, deferred maintenance risks, and opportunities for standardization and scalability.
  • Translate technical HVAC concepts into executive-level business cases, including ROI modeling, total cost of ownership (TCO), and risk-adjusted investment strategies.
  • Serve as the quarterback across engineering, operations, service, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of turnkey solutions.
  • Negotiate and structure long-term agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), and capital project contracts that drive mutual value and retention.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline development, and revenue growth within your assigned account(s).
  • Establish governance frameworks, including QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), performance scorecards, and strategic roadmap sessions.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client challenges, ensuring proactive resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in HVAC, energy management, and smart building systems.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in enterprise account management.

  • Advanced financial and business acumen, including ROI modeling, capital planning, and portfolio-level analysis.
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and pipeline forecasting methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, decarbonization strategies, and regulatory considerations is a plus.
