Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n• 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation
\n• Float to alike units within skillset, including Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior locations
\n• 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with average daily census of 28 patients
\n• Patient ratios: days and PM max of 5 patients (average 4), nights max of 7 patients
\n• 2+ years of Med/Surg experience required
\n• Wisconsin RN License and AHA BLS certification required
\n• ADN or BSN degree required, with BSN preferred
\n• EPIC charting experience preferred
\n• Professional-colored scrubs required
\n• Must be willing to float to similar units and work independently
\n• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
\n• May be placed on call for low census situations
\n• Must maintain positive attitude and flexibility with shift changes
\n• Collaborate effectively with team and ancillary staff for optimal patient care
