In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population across inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. By applying your comprehensive physiology and anatomy knowledge, you will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions that promote recovery and independence. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, balance/vestibular, and personal injury patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Perform fall risk screenings and administer Fyzical's proprietary balance protocols
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time in our EMR system
- Collaborate with our PTA and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care
- Communicate with referring physicians, attorneys, and other providers as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Experience
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas PT license (or eligibility — new grads actively pursuing licensure welcome)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Interest in or experience with balance, vestibular, or fall prevention (training provided)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, PI-friendly clinic environment
- Detail-oriented with timely, accurate documentation habits
- A team player who takes ownership of their patients and their outcomes

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week

Work Location: In personResponsibilities
- Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
- Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
- Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
- Examine and evaluate new patients
- Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Establish a plan goal and time frame
- Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Educate the patient on continuing care
Required Skills
- Accredited PT program graduate
- Up-to-date state PT license
- Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
- 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience
- Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in TX
- Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population
- Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience
