- Full-time or Part-time available
- Up to 37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- Onsite services
- School-based and small number of medically homebound services
???? Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services within school settings and home environments
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Support student mobility, access, and independence
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain documentation and compliance requirements
✅ Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license
- School-based experience preferred
- Ability to travel throughout the district as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
