FASTSIGNS of Bloomington has an immediate need for a proven leader with a demonstrated record of success delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, high growth, fast-paced environment. One-ball Jugglers need not apply.

COMPENSATION range is $50,000 - $70,000+ and includes a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage the Customer experience from "Quote to Cash" - inquiry, consultation, quotation, creative, production, delivery and collection.
  • Evaluate and maximize quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee project management process to ensure on-time delivery
  • Facilitate daily production meeting with staff to review work in process.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing process.
  • Manage the inside and outside sales team
  • Resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Monitor and/or perform center opening and closing procedures.
  • Complete reports as necessary (i.e., daily and weekly sales reports, daily closing, royalties due, direct marketing response tracking).
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
