We are adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Recruiting Team! Your task will be to keep the organization well staffed with the right talent. Assist with company's long term strategies.
A brief summary of duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Analyze recruiting plan based on the required hiring needs and goals.
- Use various channels to source qualified candidates to best fit company's future goals.
- Work with recruiter to manage application / resume reviewing and interviewing.
- Research and report talent trends.
- Report weekly results, monthly results of traffic, trends.
- Ability to perform market study of wages, competition and trends.
- Report recruiting dept goals, results and action plans.
- Assist with in-house onboarding orientation to follow new hires.
Skill set needs:
- Understands HR Processes and talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates and vendors.
- Strong Applicant Tracking software skill set.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Above average excel skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using data and charts.
Requirements:
- Social Media Recruiting Skills Required
- 5 Years Minimum of Recruiting Experience 0
- Degree preferred
- Advanced computer skills - Must be able to report in Excel and ATS system
- Advanced social media skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in office - not hybrid
