Now Hiring: Precision Tool & Die Maker
This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Tool Maker to join a reputable company offering competitive pay, union benefits, and shift differentials—along with radically affordable health insurance starting after just 30 days.

What You’ll Do as a Precision Tool & Die Maker:
- Plan, design, and construct precision tools and dies
- Perform development work and troubleshoot tooling issues
- Determine proper allowances and mechanical details
- Fit, adjust, and time tools and machinery for accurate performance
- Operate tool room equipment and maintain high quality standards
Current Shift Available:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker
- Hands-on experience working with semi-permanent dies
- Proficiency in short-run stamping and progressive die operations
- Extensive background in progressive die design, setup, and troubleshooting
- Previous experience with CNC machinery and operations
