Support the kitchen by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the kitchen is stocked and organized for service.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash, chop, slice, and portion ingredients according to recipes

Prepare sauces, dressings, and basic food items

Label, date, and properly store food products

Maintain a clean and sanitary prep area

Take out trash and keep prep areas stocked
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to guests, supporting servers and maintaining presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to tables

Ensure proper food presentation and order accuracy

Communicate with kitchen and serving staff

Assist in expediting during busy shifts

Clear plates and assist with table maintenance as needed

Maintain cleanliness of service areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient table turnover

Clear and reset tables promptly

Refill water and assist guests when needed

Assist servers with cleaning and table setup

Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service stations
-
Dispose of trash and handle dirty dishes properly

Support front-of-house staff during peak times
