Now Hiring: Full-Time and Part time House Cleaners!
Join our team at Cleaning Ope, a Minnesota loving Housecleaning business dedicated to helping families keep their homes shine! No experience is required – we provide professional training to help you succeed. During training, you’ll earn $16 per hour, and once training is complete, you’ll earn $17 per hour plus tips, with the potential for competitive pay as you grow with us.
As a house cleaner, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning, scrubbing, dusting, and sanitizing homes to meet high-quality standards.
- Following proper safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Performing tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, bed making and making homes sparkle from top to bottom.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by paying attention to details and taking pride in your work. Going above and beyond at every home with highly extra attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
-Reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites. A company car may be available, but having your own vehicle as a backup is preferred.
