Concierge Event Planner
Franklin, TN (role begins in Southern California for approx 6 months before transitioning to Franklin - expenses accommodations will be covered)
$90,000–$100,000 base salary (flexible upward for highly qualified candidates)

Responsibilities
- Plan/execute 50+ high-touch events annually for owner's personal/corporate schedule
- You might plan a girl's night, a friend's wedding, kid's birthday, or Galas
- Coordinate complex travel
- Provide on-site/off-site concierge support for events and travel
- Manage principals itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain on-call availability; evenings and weekends required
- Deliver high quality event strategy to pitch to leadership
Qualifications
- min of 5+ years experience in event planning
- min of 5+ years experience as personal assistant, OR luxury travel concierge planning
- 10+ years of Concierge Event/Travel Planning and coordination experience preferred
- Exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills
- Experience supporting company executives or VIPs personally
- Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally
