Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content on various social media platforms to engage the community and enhance brand visibility.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, preferences, and competitive strategies to inform marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.
Brand Development: Assist in implementing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence in Phoenix and beyond.
Customer Engagement: Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
