We are seeking an Office Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Order Processing and Billings:

- Enter and receive purchase orders from various customers

- Coordinate purchase orders with different suppliers/third party freight carriers

- Confirm deliveries and process delivery/invoice to customer

- Maintain weekly billing logs/sales boards

Additional Tasks/Assignments:

- Reviewing AR and AP when needed

Qualifications:
Fast paced unique opportunity for the right person who has experience with accounting software and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of SAGE X3 is a plus and strong Microsoft Office (Strong Excel, Word)

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills: Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members. Responsive and can communicate with a can-do attitude while understanding priorities.
