Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized intervention plans and implement evidence-based therapy techniques
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
