About the Role
We’re hiring a licensed Master Plumber in Dallas-Fort Worth to join our growing plumbing division. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be in the field, supervising crews, pulling permits, and ensuring quality work that meets TSBPE standards.

Responsibilities

Pull and manage plumbing permits.
Lead and supervise journeymen and apprentices.
Perform hands-on installs, service calls, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with state plumbing code and safety standards.
Serve as Responsible Master Plumber of record.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75K–$100K (depending on experience).
Bonus: $5K–$15K annually, tied to close rate, gross margin, and customer ratings.
PTO + health insurance.

Qualifications
