Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Operator/Assembler, where you will be responsible for performing assembly work that requires fitting, alignment, and adjustment of parts within our cleanroom environment. Your tasks will include preparing balloon catheters and supporting systems through simple and routine processes, such as checking documentation, setting up machines, loading components, conducting quick visual inspections, and unloading machines.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly work requiring fitting, alignment, and adjustment of parts in a cleanroom environment.
- Prepare balloon catheters and supporting systems through simple and routine tasks.
- Check documentation and set up machines for operation.
- Load 1-2 components into the machine.
- Conduct quick visual inspections of components.
- Unload machines after processing.
Essential Skills
- Experience with cleanroom environments.
- Machine operation proficiency.
- Assembly experience, preferably with catheters and stents.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of assembly experience.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
- Ability to read measuring devices accurately.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math functions.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment at a medical device company specializing in the manufacturing of balloon catheters and delivery systems. This role involves operating within a contract manufacturing setting where precision and attention to detail are paramount.

This is a Contract position based out of Laguna Niguel, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
