Job Description

Job DescriptionThis position will report to the Business Manager and collaborate with the other departments to ensure the proper recording of income and expenses in Quickbooks Desktop Edition for Non-Profits.

Job Responsibilities:

· Receiving bills from all departments and posting to the correct expense account in QB.

· Preparing checks to pay bills that are not paid by credit card or ACH.

· Monitor AP in QB to ensure all bills are paid timely.

· Monitoring several bank accounts to record ACH deposits and withdrawals in QB.

· Reconciling credit card bills with invoices to ensure proper posting in expense accounts.

· Record cash and check receipts on a spreadsheet for accurate posting to income in QB.

· Monitor several online donation sites to accurately record those receipts to income in QB.

· Prepare AR invoices in QB and monitor balance to ensure funds are received timely.

· Record payments on invoices in other company software and reconcile with QB.

· Record payroll entry from outside payroll service, in QB.

· Prepare quarterly sales tax reports.

· Reconciliation of various GL accounts in QB.

· Record journal entries in QB as prepared by Business Manager.

· Assist with gathering of information for yearly audit.

· Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Business related information:

· Partners for World Health business hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

· Must be able to work Monday – Friday, in house, for 20 hours per week. Hours can be flexible.
