This position is for an experienced carpenter specializing in siding, window, and weather-resistant barrier (WRB) installation. The ideal candidate is proficient with hand tools, power drills, nail guns, saws, and experienced in handling scaffolding and man lifts. This full-time, outdoor role requires physical stamina to work consistently in various weather conditions and lift up to 75 pounds. The carpenter will join a large team focused on long-term projects with occasional travel between job sites and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Install siding, windows, and weather-resistant barriers
- Operate hand tools, power drills, nail guns, and saws safely and effectively
- Set up and work on scaffolding and man lifts following safety protocols
- Handle materials and equipment efficiently for installation tasks
- Perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
- Comply with all safety standards on job sites
- Collaborate with a large team to meet project timelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
