Job SummaryIbukun Comprehensive Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at our therapeutic group homes serving youth ages 14–19. This part-time role is ideal for an RN who thrives in trauma-informed environments and values collaborative care.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to monitor and manage youth medication regimens</li>
<li>Conduct routine health assessments and respond to medical concerns</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure all medical instructions and protocols are followed accurately&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain clear, timely, and compliant medical documentation</li>
<li>&nbsp;Communicate with staff and external providers to coordinate care</li>
<li>&nbsp;Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to holistic treatment planning</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Active RN license in the state of Illinois</li>
<li>Experience working with adolescents or in residential/group home settings preferred</li>
<li>&nbsp;Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to medical needs with urgency and empathy&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must pass DCFS fingerprint background check&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Valid Illinois driver’s license required</li>
