As you begin in late August 2025 and continue through the end of the school year, you’ll play a vital role in speech and language intervention for early learners. What we’re seeking:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY considered)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or early intervention settings
- Skills in assessing and developing individualized plans for students birth through age five/kindergarten
- Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Evaluate students’ communication skills and maintain detailed records
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with families and education professionals to optimize support
- Contribute ideas to support a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Optional: Extend your impact through ESY work during summer months
