A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial records, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform bank reconciliations and review bank statements to identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting files
- Assist with budgeting support and operational reporting analysis
- Conduct general accounting analysis and support routine financial review processes
- Partner with internal management and cross-functional teams to support accounting needs
- Coordinate with external parties, including vendors or service providers, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of two years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-driven, dependable professional with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required
