Phlebotomy Educator
Location: Remote: This role involves up to 50–75% travel nationwide!
Salary: $67,000-$98,000 (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced medical device Field Clinical Implementation Specialist to join a global medical technology company specializing in blood collection systems, specimen collection products, diagnostic solutions, and laboratory support services used within hospitals and healthcare systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite and virtual in-service training and implementation support to hospitals/customers.
• Provide post-training summaries to Nursing Leadership and Laboratory Management.
• Partner with the Clinical Specialist Manager to improve evaluation and conversion processes.
• Support customer satisfaction, retention, and implementation success.
• Work closely with Account Managers to support sales efforts and product education.
• Assist with identifying new product opportunities and field feedback.
• Support ongoing sales team training initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field.
• Ensure “Super Users” are properly trained through train-the-trainer programs.
• Assist with temporary territory coverage as needed.
• Participate in business reviews, implementation planning, and gap analysis sessions.
• Manage evaluation/implementation processes from start to finish.
• Track data and reporting for both internal and customer-facing purposes.
• Participate in regional/national initiatives as needed.

Travel Expectations | Schedule:
Travel: Approximately 50–75%
Schedule: Most travel consists of leaving Monday, working onsite in hospitals Tuesday–Thursday, and traveling home Friday - typically home on weekends.
• Typical cadence like 4–5 weeks in the field followed by 1 week at home-though there is no strict set schedule.
• Travel is nationwide across the U.S.

Role Overview:
The Clinical Specialist trains hospital staff on proper usage and implementation.
When not traveling, there is a significant amount of work-from-home flexibility.
Downtime may include:
- Developing training materials/literature
- Virtual trainings via Zoom
- Customer problem-solving/support
- Partnering with Account Managers on projects
- Administrative follow-up and reporting

Travel Perks | Expenses:
• Company expense account/credit card provided.
• All travel expenses are covered, including:
- Breakfast: up to $20/day
- Lunch: up to $30/day
- Dinner: up to $40/day
- Rental cars/Ubers as needed depending on location
