Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care for adult patients in a fast-paced inpatient setting. This role involves assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program (Required)
- Active Kansas RN License or Compact License (must be active at time of submission)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- New graduates accepted
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay
- $29.00 – $43.00 per hour
- $2.00 shift differential (nights/weekends applicable)
- Relocation allowance up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)
Shift
- Night Shift
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts
- 0.9 FTE
- Weekend and on-call requirements: TBD
