REGISTERED NURSE - HOME & COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Pleasant View TN 37146 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $48.69/hr + Mileage Reimbursement: $0.41/mile.
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday to Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
• • 1 weekend on call per month

REGISTERED NURSE - HOME & COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Registered Nurse willprovide comprehensive care and health management for individuals in community or small facility settings. This role combines clinical expertise with compassion, offering the opportunity to make a real impact through patient assessments, care plan implementation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

REGISTERED NURSE - HOME & COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
• Ensure ongoing health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management.
• Supervise and support care plans and staff members as needed.
• Coordinate communication and action plans between healthcare disciplines.
• Manage all aspects of medication administration including ordering, monitoring, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily, monthly, and annual nursing documentation and progress notes.
• Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses as required.
• Provide training for new employees and annual health/safety recertifications.
• Ensure equipment and environments meet health and safety standards.

REGISTERED NURSE - HOME & COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Tennessee.
• HCHB HH OASIS experience required.
• Strong background in wound care.
• IV/PICC line care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
