Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and accurate medication preparation and dispensing for long-term care patients

Oversee pharmacy workflow and pliance within a specialty pharmacy setting

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outes

Provide immunizations and medication therapy management as needed

Maintain clear documentation and regulatory pliance
Ideal Candidate

Strong municator with long-term care or specialty pharmacy experience

fortable working in a fast-paced setting with a patient-first mindset

Licensed Pharmacist or eligible to obtain MN license promptly
Job Requirements

PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy

Active MN Pharmacist license (or willingness to obtain)

Immunization Certification and valid CPR/BLS certification

MTM Certification or experience strongly preferred

Previous experience in long-term care, clinical, or specialty pharmacy
