Job DescriptionAccounts Payable Specialist
Oakland, CA (onsite)

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, three-way matching, payment runs (ACH, wire, and check), and vendor maintenance
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
- Support month-end close activities by preparing accruals, reconciling AP-related accounts, and maintaining organized documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on accounts payable experience with a solid understanding of AP best practices
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication abilities

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
