Oakland, CA (onsite)

We are looking for a wonderful accounting professional for a new job opportunity in Oakland, CA. This would be a temporary role with a chance to turn into a full-time role. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, three-way matching, payment runs (ACH, wire, and check), and vendor maintenance
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
  • Support month-end close activities by preparing accruals, reconciling AP-related accounts, and maintaining organized documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on accounts payable experience with a solid understanding of AP best practices
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication abilities

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
