Join our dynamic team as an Advanced CNC Precision Machinist, where you'll be at the forefront of transforming raw materials into precision-engineered parts using the Okuma 5-axis machines.

Immerse yourself in a culture that values craftsmanship and teamwork. You'll engage with state-of-the-art CNC technology, specifically the OSP-P300 CNC Control, to ensure precise machining of valuable castings and forgings. Our 1st shift runs from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, while our 2nd shift operates from 4:20 pm to 2:50 am, offering a 10% differential for the latter. Bring your adeptness for overtime availability, as it’s welcomed during peak periods. Additionally, a lucrative hire-on bonus awaits you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and follow complex instructions to achieve exact machining specifications.
  • Conduct intricate machining operations, maintaining tight tolerances.
  • Proficiently set up and operate multiple machines, ensuring quality control with precision tools and gauges.
  • Analyze and adjust based on Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) feedback.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement and troubleshooting activities.
  • Commit to safety protocols and a clean working environment.
  • Fulfill any additional duties required by the team.

Ideal Profile:

  • Preferably five years of formal training with extensive experience in five-axis CNC machining.
  • Mastery of machining techniques, specifically with Okuma 5-axis OSP-P300 CNC Controls.
  • Capability to handle close tolerances using industry-standard tooling and procedures.
  • Skillful in material handling, including the use of cranes and part clamping techniques.
  • Competence in setting up and adjusting tooling with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing knowledge.
  • Physical stamina to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Literate in English with fundamental computer skills preferred.
