Overview
Madison-Davis is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our teams across multiple business lines. This role reports into the Office Manager/Secretary while working closely with recruiters and sales teams on active searches.
This position is designed for someone looking to gain real exposure to the staffing industry by supporting live recruiting efforts, assisting with research, and learning how searches are executed across different verticals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support recruiters across CIB, Risk, Tech, and A&F on active searches
- Assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and internal systems
- Conduct research on companies, markets, and talent pools
- Help organize candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in the CRM/ATS
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting for open roles
- Shadow recruiters and sales teams to understand how searches and deals are run
- Help format resumes, job descriptions, and candidate write-ups
- Provide general administrative support to keep recruiting workflows moving
