- Develop and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, tailored to their individual strengths, abilities, and challenges\n\t
- Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported\n\t
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and provide the necessary accommodations and support for academic success\n\t
- Utilize effective teaching strategies, innovative technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences\n\t
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth, development, and achievement\n

Education and Certification Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field\n\t
- Colorado teaching certification in Special Education\n\t
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred\n
