Staff Accountant
This $5M company in Cumming, GA, is growing and adding to the accounting team. The right fit for this role will have solid accounting knowledge, be a good analytical thinker, and be a problem solver. Experience with e-commerce and inventory would be a huge plus, along with small company experience. Bring your positive attitude to the flexible environment!
Responsibilities:
- Account reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare GL entries and supporting documentation
- Analyze accounts with reconciling entries to GL
- Support the month and year-end close
- Some AR, AP
- Maintain vendor database, including W-9 info
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting is a must
- 1+ years of GL experience
- AP and AP experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (Enterprise)
- Inventory is a big plus
