Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Type: Contract / PRN
Location: Duxbury, MA, 02332
Payrate: $35 - $38/hr
Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4–8 weeks (with potential for extension)
Schedule: 5 days/week with possible weekend rotation
Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Gloucester, MA. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) / skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care aligned with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and carry out physician-ordered treatments
- Monitor and document changes in patient conditions
- Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary team to meet resident care goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- CPR/BLS Certification (current and valid)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Reliable and flexible to work assigned shifts, including weekends
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care
