We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work with children of all ages, helping them develop the communication skills they need to thrive in life. You will create individualized therapy plans, collaborate with families, and implement evidence-based practices in a supportive and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to children with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the needs of each child and develop customized therapy plans.

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to therapy.

• Educate families on techniques and strategies they can incorporate into daily life to support their child's progress.

• Track and document progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet goals.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and share insights with colleagues.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for both children and their families.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working collaboratively with families.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A flexible, compassionate approach to therapy that values the individual needs of each child and family.

• Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
