Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) for post-acute, long-term, and memory-care residents.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using safe body mechanics and proper equipment.
- Obtain and record vital signs and intake/output; promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Support restorative, rehab, and memory-care activities while upholding resident dignity, safety, and comfort.
Requirements
- Active MD GNA certification in good standing on the state registry.
- Recent experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or memory-care setting preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Ability to work per diem across all three shifts and commute reliably to Brooklyn Park, MD.
