Terrelonge Staffing Solutions (TSS) is partnered with an aerospace client to place an Outbound Inspector. The Outbound Inspector is the last quality checkpoint before aircraft parts ship worldwide to airlines, MROs, OEMs, and distributors.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Inspect all outgoing aircraft parts against sales orders, customer specs, and quality requirements</li>
<li>Verify documentation (FAA 8130-3, CofC, trace docs) is accurate and complete before shipment release</li>
<li>Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective action procedures</li>
<li>Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure compliant, on-time material release</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inspection records in quality management and ERP systems</li>
<li>Support AS9120 audits and regulatory compliance initiatives</li>
<li>Report quality trends and issues to the Quality Manager</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>2+ years outbound or quality inspection experience in aviation or aerospace</li>
<li>Solid understanding of FAA traceability and airworthiness documentation requirements</li>
<li>AS9120/AS9100 quality systems experience preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency with ERP and quality management software</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li>
<li>A&amp;P certification a plus</li>
