We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Clerk within the our law firm client, located in Glendale, California. In this role, you will be tasked with the efficient processing of incoming mail, providing reception coverage, and ensuring the accurate filing of legal documents.


Responsibilities:

• Manage the mailroom operations, ensuring timely distribution and proper handling of daily mail

• Oversee reception duties, providing detail-oriented and efficient coverage

• Ensure accurate filing of legal documents, adhering to company standards

• Utilize digital printing technology for various office tasks

• Scan documents as required, maintaining a high standard of accuracy

• Have the opportunity to engage with the law and motion department, providing necessary support

• Monitor and maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy

• Resolve any customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Proficiency in managing daily mail operations, including sorting and distributing correspondence in a timely manner
• Ability to deliver mail to the appropriate recipients efficiently and without error
• Demonstrated experience in filing tasks, with a keen eye for detail and organization
• Expertise in numeric filing, ensuring files are easy to locate and retrieve
• Experience in paper filing, maintaining a clean and organized file system
• Knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment, ensuring high-quality print materials
• Proficiency in scanning documents, including proper handling of sensitive information.
